Recent Copywriting Projects – 2015

I know, it’s been a while – but BJP Copywriting is going from strength to strength, and 2015 is shaping up to be my best year yet. I’m busier than ever, tackling blogging, web, advertising and branding projects for clients all over the UK and beyond.

Here’s a quick update, with links to some of the work I’ve been doing:

Graham & Rosen – Web Copy

One of the region’s leading solicitors had invested in a new website, and needed some engaging, high quality content to help them stand out in a competitive market.

For phase 1, I worked together with local agencies Eyeweb and Woof, distilling G&R’s extensive range of legal services down into the core categories. We’re now in the process of fleshing out each section of the website with clear, benefit focused pages outlining all the different services they offer.

It’s an on-going process, but you can check out the site at http://www.graham-rosen.co.uk/.

Sterling – Blogging

Beverley-based financial advisers Sterling Partnership Ltd were looking for ways to improve the performance of their site, and came to me looking for blogging support as part of their wider marketing strategy. The company provides high quality, cost-effective financial solutions, and wanted to share industry news, commentary and expert advice with their business and personal clients.

Take a look at some recent posts over at http://www.sterling-partnership.co.uk/blog-news/.

AET – Blogging/Web/PR

Turbocharging experts AET are one of my longest established clients – I’ve been working with them since 2012, when I first started freelancing. In that time I’ve provided them with web copy, monthly blogging and PR support, designed to help them increase the visibility of their website over at http://www.aet-turbos.co.uk/.

The blog has been particularly successful for the business, with the most popular posts attracting thousands of unique visitors to their website every single month!

Mark Winser – Web Copy

Earlier in the year, I completed some web copy for international champion clay shooter Mark Winser – who wanted some engaging content to promote his expert coaching services. Mark’s one of the world’s best shots, and in January, took home the biggest prize in UK clay shooting history at the Ultimate One challenge, getting the keys to a brand new Range Rover LWB!

Kingstown Associates – Product Descriptions

Driffield-based Kingstown Associates came to me at the end of 2014, looking for copywriting support for the catalogues they send out several times a year.

They’ve got a really varied product range, and wanted someone to come into their business and write effective sales copy to describe each of the new items. Some weeks I’m covering homewares, sometimes it’s health products, other times it’s garden supplies – I never know what I’m going to be writing about until I go in there, which makes it really interesting!

Portable Building Sales – Web Copy

Earlier this year, modular and portable building specialists PBS decided to invest in a new website, and needed some quality content to help them climb up the search rankings. I’d done some blogging work with PBS and its sister company, Clearview in 2013-2014, and they were pleased with the results, and came to me for the full web copy project.

The client is delighted with the copy – check out the website at http://www.portablebuildingsales.co.uk/.

I’ve got a lot of exciting copywriting projects in the pipeline – look out for the following over the next couple of months:

•    First People Global
•    County Shop Fitting
